Warranty

All nadle purchases come with 12 months warranty for manufacturing or structural faults from the date of purchase.

If it has been determined that the product has a manufacturing or structural fault, the product will be repaired, a replacement part provided or it will be replaced free of charge.

Please note the following terms and conditions regarding the warranty:

  • You must be the original owner and be able to provide proof of purchase;
  • The product must be used and maintained in accordance with the instructions. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage due to misuse or poor maintenance.
  • Warranty is void if the product has been modified in any way; and
  • You may be responsible for any freight charges to return the product to Scoot Your Way.
